Refund Policy

01 - Eligibility for Refunds.

We offer refunds on eligible products and services under the following conditions:

  • Physical products must be returned in unused, original condition within 30 days of purchase.

  • Digital products, software, and training courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • Subscription-based services are refundable only within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.

02 - Non-Refundable Items.

  • Custom-built or modified equipment.

  • Consulting services and one-on-one training.

  • Items damaged due to user mishandling.

  • Shipping fees (unless due to an error on our part).

03 - Return Process.

  • Contact info@gridbase.net with your order details and reason for return.

  • If approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • Ship the item back using a trackable method; we are not responsible for lost returns.

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

04 - Damaged or Defective Items.

If you receive a defective product, notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

05 - Chargebacks & Disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
